Hi, I'm Mike.
I design products that make complicated work easier to understand and easier to do.
A lot of my experience has been in complex environments like repair operations, inventory, dispatch, claims, parts ordering, and the systems connecting them. The kind of work where the rules aren't always clear, multiple teams are involved, and the product has to make sense of what's happening behind the scenes.
I like getting into that complexity, figuring out how the work really moves, and turning it into an experience that feels straightforward to the person using it.
That's been the common thread across my work, whether I'm designing a workflow, shaping a product system, or helping teams create more consistency at scale.
